What help do I offer?

Clients tell me that I help them think more clearly and intelligently about their problems, so they no longer feel their emotions control them. They regain balance, and stop sabotaging their own plans. Positive relationships are easier, many sleep better and laugh more. Block Clearance helps clients discover the root causes of subconscious, patterned and emotional reactions, and they begin to choose their own responses to dilemmas.

Coaching:

I work from my Cheltenham home, and occasionally from a client's business or home premises if more appropriate. I work face-to-face with most clients, although individual needs, circumstances and preferences sometimes mean that we are better to use telephone, email or Skype.

I am fully insured and work within professional codes of ethical practice. Fees vary according to the nature of the work. I offer affordable personal and business coaching for private individuals from £35 per hour, £65 for two. Most clients find two hours allows time to explore issues in depth, reflect and look ahead

Some who travel a distance book half a day. Others who want help to achieve something in particular, within a deadline, may book in six sessions in advance.

Corporate and group rates are higher. Concessions for young people and unemployed are available, please ask.
